Community guidelines
Updated 5 October 2026. The French version prevails.
1. The gallery
The gallery shows films their makers chose to share. Nothing goes there unless you press Share, and you can take a film back at any time. Anyone can watch a shared film and make a film in its style: its maker gets 20 free credits each time.
2. Share only what is yours
- The song: you wrote it, or you have the right to publish it. For a song made with Suno or a similar tool, check what your plan allows.
- The lyrics: yours, or a text in the public domain. No other artist's song and no cover without the rights.
- A film in someone's style takes their world (colours, shapes, motion), never their song or their words.
3. What does not belong in the gallery
- Hate and harassment: attacking people for who they are, threats, humiliation.
- Any sexual content. Anything that sexualises a minor is removed and reported to the authorities.
- Violence glorified, terrorism, encouraging self-harm.
- Mocking a real person, pretending to be them, or putting words in their mouth.
- Other people's personal information, spam, ads, scams and links to them.
- Anything illegal.
4. Reports
- Every film in the gallery has a Report button. A film reported 3 times is hidden from the gallery until we have looked at it.
- We review reports within 7 days, sooner for the most serious content.
- To report illegal content, write to contact@kuur.app with the link to the film, why it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you report it in good faith.
5. What we do, and how to appeal
- Depending on how serious it is: the film leaves the gallery, the account can no longer share, or the account is closed for serious or repeated abuse.
- We tell the maker why, by email.
- You can ask for a new review by writing to support@kuur.app within 6 months: a person reads the decision again and answers you.
6. Your rights stay yours
Sharing lets Kuur show the film in the gallery and on its pages, and lets others make a film in its style. If you take the film back, it leaves the gallery; films already made in its style stay with their makers. These guidelines are part of the terms.
